How dispatch works

  1. Step 1

    Order paid

    When an order reaches "Paid" (or you open "Dispatch"), the system builds the package from the weight and dimensions of its products.

  2. Step 2

    Automatic quoting

    All your active carriers are quoted with your warehouse as origin and the buyer's destination.

  3. Step 3

    Suggested rate

    The comparison is ranked by price and ETA; the best rate carries the "Suggested" badge. You choose, or leave the automatic rule on.

  4. Step 4

    Automatic label with override

    In automatic mode the shipping label is generated with the best rate, visible in the dispatch panel and editable until pickup.

Shipping origin

The address you ship from. It is the origin of every shipping quote.
